As Summer begins, the Holy Trinity Armenian Church of Greater Boston is looking forward to a wonderful season full of new programs and ministries. Our parish is bustling with energy and activity as we start this new year.
In
the midst of all this spiritual and social activity we’d like to encourage you
to join us! Come to Sunday services and experience the Badarak (Divine Liturgy)
as we gather to give thanks to God, listen to His Word, and collectively commune
with Him.
Come with your children for Sunday School and Armenian
School (Read more about our Schools).
Come
with your parents, friends and relatives for the fellowship that follows
every
worship experience and Bible Study. Come listen to Fr. Vasken’s children
and adult sermons as he bridges the faith of our forefathers to our modern
lives. And come to enjoy meeting friendly people who will be happy to know you
and your family.
Perhaps you’d
like to know a little more about Holy Trinity Armenian Church. We are a parish
established in the 1880’s through the love and devotion of our immigrant
ancestors who gathered enough of their dimes and quarters to purchase and
consecrate the first Armenian Church in the City of Boston in 1927, and
eventually our beautiful edifice on Brattle Street in Cambridge in 1961.
(Read more of the history of our church).
Holy Trinity belongs to the Armenian Apostolic Church, loyal to the Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin and His Holiness Karekin II, Supreme Patriarch and Catholicos of All Armenians. We are a parish within the Diocese of the Armenian Church of America (Eastern) recognizing His Eminence Archbishop Khajag Barsamian as our Primate. Our Church’s teachings are rooted firmly in the teachings of Jesus Christ as expressed by the Armenian Church. Our creed of faith is the Nicene Creed established in 325 A.D.(Read the Nicene Creed).
Our welcome is warm and our parish is caring. Our ministries are focused on intersecting our lives with our faith through Worship, Witness, Service, Education, and Fellowship. We are rooted in our rich ancient culture and encourage all to experience and learn about it through ongoing cultural programs open to all, yet we are equally dedicated to giving back to our American society that we so appreciate. (Read more about our Cultural Programs). And our Fellowship Hours after Sunday services always offer the best of treats!!
Throughout the coming year, check our website weekly for the latest announcements and changes as our programs are always being updated (Read more on Coming Events). If anything sparks your interest or curiosity, please feel free to call our pastor, Fr. Vasken Kouzouian (Read about our pastor). We look forward to seeing you.
