Monday, February 20, 2012, Great Lent begins and will end on Friday, March 30, the day before Lazarus Saturday.  During the 40 days of Lent, the great veil (black Altar Curtain) of the Church will be drawn.  Beginning on February 26, and throughout Lent, the Voghchooyn (Kiss of Peace) is not received or passed, and Holy Communion is not administered.  Those in need of Holy Communion may see the Celebrant following the Badarak.

Friday, March 2, 2012, Armenian Women’s Fellowship, 10 a.m.-12:00 noon, hosted by Holy Trinity Armenian Church.  All women are invited to this World Day of Prayer when women all over the world will meet in their respective churches to pray for the women of Malaysia. This year’s theme is “Let Justice Prevail.”  English message:  Rev.
